What began as a small family business importing silver has grown into the leading supplier of retail brands in the promotional products industry. Over the years, HIRSCH has evolved, but our ambitions and values have remained steadfast.
From day one, HIRSCH was built on family - and those roots still run deep. Our commitment to our people, our community, and our industry continues to guide everything we do. Today, we’re proud to welcome team members, distributors, and brands into our ever-growing HIRSCH family.
HIRSCH’s story started in 1999 when Peter Hirsch founded the company as a silver importing business in the giftware industry. Backed by his wife and sister, Peter packed and shipped orders straight from his garage. Before long, he secured our first warehouse, giving HIRSCH its first official home.
But like any good story, there were challenges along the way. As the giftware industry began to shift, many of our core customers - small gift stores - were closing their doors. It was clear we needed to adapt in order to grow.
Peter saw an opportunity in the rising demand for premium, personalized products. Armed with a handheld printer and his son, Paul, by his side, he started printing logos on our products - and just like that, HIRSCH stepped into the promotional products industry.


Since then, we’ve embraced every opportunity to grow and innovate. We now operate over 40 machines in-house, offering everything from laser engraving to UV printing to full-color transfers. This keeps us in complete control of our quality, ensuring every product meets our exacting standards.
Our history isn’t just a part of our story - it’s the heart of who we are. It inspires everything we do, laying the foundation for a culture built on quality, innovation, and care. As we look ahead, we’re excited to build on this legacy, discovering new opportunities and ventures while staying true to the values that brought us here.

When we see an opportunity to make a difference, we act. Over the years, this commitment has grown into a bigger part of our culture, starting with a simple question: How can we help?
Hurricane Katrina was a turning point for us. As thousands of people arrived in Houston, we found ourselves asking that same question. As a supplier of products, we knew we had a unique ability to make a difference. We quickly reached out to our network and began sourcing products for those who had lost everything in the storm. Soon, truckloads of supplies started arriving, and we were coordinating pickups and deliveries to support relief centers throughout the city.
To manage the outpouring of donations from companies nationwide, we secured extra warehouse space to store everything coming in. The generosity we saw - both in supplies and volunteer efforts - was nothing short of inspiring.
That experience marked the beginning of our commitment to giving back. It shaped the framework we follow today, whether we’re mobilizing support in times of crisis or partnering with organizations to offer our contribution. We remain dedicated to connecting resources with the people who need them most.
